Most of what we have developed is proprietary; therefore the information contained herein is limited.  There will be an opportunity for investment sometime in early May, 2010.  Our facility is currently in a R&D stage and has ongoing research to verify our growing techniques and the associated patents.  For over two years we have been testing the quality and efficiency of our shrimp growing process.  We have additional interests to partner, directly or indirectly, with end users both here in North America and abroad.
